WE had a basement flood just before Christmas with water damage to most of the carpeting. Our Insurance company were excellent and authorised replacement of all of the carpet and underpadding. Chris gave us a variety of options on how to proceed and his installers, George and Rick did an excellent job of the install. They arrived when scheduled, were respectful of our home and left us very happy with the new carpeting. We will use them again for non flood related flooring.
